Not the final wording

This page is a placeholder. It sets out the sections a real agreement needs and describes what Cutyard does today, but it has not been drafted or reviewed by a lawyer and it is not a contract. Don’t rely on it. The real terms land before the product takes payments.

What we hold

Your email and sign-in details. The links you paste and what we work out from them: the transcript, the timings, the moments we marked. The clips you download. What you have been billed.

Why we hold it

To make your clips and to bill you correctly. Transcripts exist because captions and trimming need word-level timings; billing records exist because you are entitled to see what you paid for.

How long

Rendered files are swept after a retention window, which the downloads page shows against each file. Sources and transcripts stay until you delete them or delete your account.

Who else sees it

The services that do the work: hosting, storage, transcription, the model that scores moments, and the payment provider. They process on our instructions and for nothing else. We do not sell anything about you, and your recordings are not training data.

What you can do

See it, correct it, export it, or delete it. Deleting your account removes your videos, your clips and your files.

Cookies

A session cookie so you stay signed in. Nothing that follows you to other sites.

Where processing happens

Hosting and processing regions will be named here once the deployment is fixed.
